Ar. Lavanya is the Founder and Principal Architect of Spaceex Design Pvt Ltd, bringing over 15y+ of comprehensive professional experience in architecture and urban planning.
Holding a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master's in Urban Planning, she has successfully led projects across residential developments, hospital and healthcare infrastructure, urban planning initiatives, and statutory liaisoning.
Her expertise in regulatory approvals and project execution ensures seamless coordination from concept development to completion. She combines design intelligence with practical field knowledge, delivering spaces that are functional, compliant, and future-ready.
