Ar. Lavanya is the Co-Founder and Principal Architect of Spacee X Jals Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., bringing 14+ years of professional experience in architecture, healthcare planning, and urban development. With a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master's in Urban & Regional Planning (MURP), she has successfully delivered diverse residential, commercial, institutional, and healthcare projects.
Her expertise in architectural design, hospital planning, BIM, project coordination, sustainable design, and urban planning enables her to create innovative, functional, and future-ready environments that balance design excellence with technical precision.
Er. Jeethendra
Co-Founder & Technical Director – Engineering | B.Tech Civil Engineering
Er. Jeethendra is the Co-Founder and Technical Director – Engineering, with 17+ years of extensive experience in construction engineering and project execution. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments.
His expertise in construction management, site execution, engineering coordination, cost control, billing, and project delivery ensures projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Co-Founder & Director – Quality Assurance & Technical Audits | B.E Civil Engineering, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
Er. Abhiram leads the Quality Assurance and Technical Audits division, bringing 15+ years of specialized experience in construction quality management and technical compliance. As a certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, he plays a key role in establishing robust quality systems and ensuring technical excellence across projects.
His expertise in QA/QC, construction audits, ISO systems, material testing, technical inspections, and concrete technology helps deliver projects that meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Co-Founder & Director – Project Management & Construction Delivery | B.E Civil Engineering
Er. Sharath heads the Project Management and Construction Delivery division with 17+ years of experience in managing complex construction projects from planning to completion. His leadership ensures seamless coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
His expertise in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), construction management, budgeting, scheduling, client coordination, and construction supervision enables the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
